How to get started
Exploratory call
I offer a free 15-minute phone call as an opportunity for us to briefly connect and explore what has brought you to consider therapy at this time. This is a chance for you to ask any questions you might have, and for us both to get a sense of whether it feels right to take the next step together. There is no pressure to decide anything during this call — it's simply a gentle starting point.
First session
You may then decide to book in for your first session where we can speak in more detail and also discuss the timeframe and set-up of your therapy. Introductory sessions are payable and last 50 minutes.
After that sessions are usually held weekly at the same time.
Occasionally I am able to offer more flexible arrangements.
