About me

Before training as a therapist, I spent many years working in both marketing and in the wellness industry. I have lived not only in the UK but also in Europe and the USA. My history has and continues to influence my therapeutic work and informs how I attend to both the mind and body of my clients.

I work in an integrative and relational way. This means that I draw on different therapeutic modalities. I will tailor my approach to you and check in regularly to see how our therapy is working for you. I often draw on:

  • Relational Therapy: Using the relationship with me to understand your way of relating to other people in your life.

  • Childhood Adversity and Abuse Work: Understanding how painful past experiences may have influenced your approach to life today.

  • Transpersonal and Existential: Exploring topics such as meaning, spirituality and change - especially when you may be confronted with illness, bereavement and death.

  • Parts Work: Understanding different parts of the self and learning to be interested in our own experience, building self-esteem and setting boundaries.

  • Dream Exploration

Training & Experience

I completed my training at the Minster Centre, one of the UK’s leading institutes for counselling & psychotherapy training. This training is not just academical, but also included extensive personal development and clinical experience.

I have worked with clients for several years and have experience supporting people with anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship challenges, complex family dynamics, domestic abuse and grief & bereavement.

I also work within the NHS at The Royal Marsden Hospital, offering psychological support to people affected by cancer.
